European projects developed by the AVEC network:

QUALICITIES LOGO®-1
The European Label QUALICITIES
Certified AFNOR, the European label QUALICITIES falls under a quality approach: it is awarded to the local communities, which try to apply daily the European Charter of Cultural Cities and Territories, adopted in October 2000 by the local authorities, members of the AVEC network.
The cities and territories committed in this approach want to sustainably develop their economy around their patrimonial assets; they also wish to obtain powerful management tools to achieve this goal.
Once obtained, the European label Qualicities is, for the inhabitants and the visitors, the guarantee that the city or the community enhances its heritage permanently and improves the quality of its services and its environment.
