After Torino, San Francisco and Yokohama, the City of Tours, Tours urban district and the Region centre are preparing to host the Euro Gusto new international slow food event on November 27th to 30th 2009.
Whereas more and more decisions regarding the future of food are made at the community level for our european countries the international slow Food movement aims at creating a new space for projects and exchanges.
This event will commit the youth from the whole Eruope. It should enable us to lead Europe toward "good, clean and healthy" food habits
